Deletion

Last updated · 24 August 2026

Applies to · picoli.uk and all Picoli Games titles

01Two ways to request deletion

From inside the game. Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. The request is logged immediately and you are signed out.

By email. Write to support@picoli.uk from the email address on your account, with the subject line Account deletion. Include your in-game name and player ID so we can find the right account. If you cannot email from the registered address, we will ask you for other details to confirm it is really you.

02What gets deleted

  • your account and login identifiers, including any linked platform ID;
  • your display name, profile and any avatar or clan details;
  • your progress, statistics, match history and leaderboard entries;
  • any virtual items or currency balances attached to the account, which are forfeited and cannot be restored or refunded;
  • support correspondence linked to the account, unless it relates to an open dispute.

03What we keep, and why

A small amount of information has to survive deletion:

  • Purchase and tax records — we are legally required to keep these, normally for six years. They are kept separately and are not used to rebuild your profile.
  • Anti-cheat and ban records — where an account was banned for cheating or abuse, we keep the minimum needed to enforce the ban and protect other players.
  • Aggregated statistics — anonymous, non-identifying data such as total matches played, which cannot be traced back to you.
  • Backups — deleted data can persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups rotate out.

04How long it takes

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. If we need more time because a request is complex, we will tell you why before the 30 days are up.

05Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. Progress, rank, items and purchases cannot be recovered afterwards, and creating a new account will not restore them. If you only want to stop playing for a while, you can simply sign out instead.
